In our work with building connections between adults and students, kids were asked again in May and June if they felt that one or more adults that worked at the school thought they'd be a great success when older.  Less than a handful answered, "I don't know, or I'm not sure."  Many students listed off more than 5 staff members thinking they'd be great adults in the world,  and some said, "Everyone here is kind to me and thinks I'm great."
