First Family Team
In December, we came together for our first Family Team experience.
Division 5 and 11 helped us consider the "I feel" words INCLUDED and CONNECTED.
They spoke to us about how we can work together in our teams to think more about the core competency, communication.
More specifically, we considered:
• I can usually make my ideas work within the constraints of a given form, problem and materials if I keep playing with them.
In this case, students worked in teams to create winter murals using the materials provided. Teams had to learn to work together and communicate their ideas with one another so that everyone's voice was respectfully heard.
